Asha Singh is an experienced educator, communication trainer and mentor with a deep passion for empowering learners through education.

With over three decades of experience in English language training, communication development and student mentoring, she has worked with learners across diverse age groups, helping them build confidence, improve spoken English and develop strong interpersonal skills.

Throughout her career, she has trained students, professionals and aspiring educators in communication, personality development and classroom engagement. Her learner-centric approach combines discipline, empathy and encouragement, creating supportive learning environments where students feel confident to participate and grow.

At Victorem Academy, she leads curriculum delivery and academic mentoring, ensuring that every session reflects the academy’s commitment to excellence, holistic development and meaningful learning.

Nikita brings creativity, storytelling and experiential learning to make communication engaging, practical and memorable.

Nikita Singh is a filmmaker, creative strategist and communication mentor with a strong foundation in storytelling, visual communication and experiential learning.

A graduate of Xavier Institute of Communications (XIC), Mumbai, she has worked across filmmaking, direction, production and creative development, gaining valuable experience in crafting narratives that connect with diverse audiences.

Her creative background enables her to transform communication training into engaging, interactive experiences where students learn not only to speak confidently but also to think creatively, present ideas effectively and communicate with authenticity.

She believes communication is one of the most valuable life skills a student can develop and is passionate about helping young learners discover their unique voice through creativity, confidence and practical learning.

At Victorem Academy, she oversees programme development, curriculum design, creative learning methodologies and institutional partnerships.

Ankit Trivedi is a media professional with over twelve years of experience across advertising, branded content, corporate communication and entertainment.

Having produced more than seventy projects and directed over thirty communication campaigns, he brings extensive real-world expertise in presentation, leadership, storytelling and audience engagement.

His industry experience enables students to understand communication beyond the classroom, introducing practical skills such as presentation techniques, persuasive communication, professional etiquette and collaborative leadership.

At Victorem Academy, he contributes to programme strategy, communication training and experiential learning initiatives, helping students develop confidence that extends into academic, professional and personal environments.
