Find Your Voice
Programme Objective
The first level establishes a strong foundation in communication by helping students become comfortable expressing themselves in English with confidence and clarity.
The emphasis is on building self-confidence, strengthening listening and speaking skills, improving pronunciation and encouraging active classroom participation through enjoyable, activity-based learning.
Students begin developing the confidence to introduce themselves, communicate in everyday situations and speak before an audience without hesitation.

Express Yourself
Programme Objective
Having established confidence in communication, Level 2 focuses on helping students express their thoughts more fluently, creatively and independently.
Students begin organising ideas, participating actively in discussions and presenting opinions with greater clarity while expanding their vocabulary and conversational abilities.
The programme encourages curiosity, creativity and confident self-expression in a supportive learning environment.

Express With Impact
Programme Objective
By Grade 8, students have developed confidence in expressing themselves. Level 3 focuses on refining that confidence into influence.
Students learn to organise ideas logically, communicate persuasively, think critically and present themselves with maturity in academic and social environments.
Greater emphasis is placed on leadership, emotional intelligence, presentation techniques and structured public speaking.

Lead & Thrive
Programme Objective
Level 4 prepares students for higher secondary education, future careers and leadership opportunities by developing advanced communication, professional etiquette and executive presence.
Students learn to communicate with confidence across formal, academic and professional settings while strengthening leadership, decision-making and interpersonal effectiveness.
This level represents the culmination of the Victorem Academy Communication, Leadership & Future Skills Programme.
